2. Contact form
When you send us an inquiry using the contact form, we process the data you enter (name, company, e-mail address, phone number if provided, and your message) in order to answer your inquiry and, where applicable, to prepare an offer.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries). Your message is delivered to our company e-mail inbox and is not stored in a database on this website.
We keep your inquiry only as long as needed to handle it. If no business relationship results, we delete it no later than 12 months after our last contact, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
3. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by an external hosting provider acting as our processor. When you visit the website, the server automatically records technical data (IP address, date and time of the request, requested page, browser and operating system) in log files. This is necessary to deliver the website and to ensure its security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log files are deleted automatically after a short period.
4. Cookies, fonts and third parties
This website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. All fonts are hosted on our own server, so no data is transferred to external font providers when you load the page. We do not embed social media plug-ins or external maps.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, to request rectification or erasure, to restrict processing, to object to processing and to data portability (Art. 15–21 GDPR). To exercise these rights, please contact us at info@vlarukindustry.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Croatia, this is the Personal Data Protection Agency (Agencija za zaštitu osobnih podataka – AZOP), www.azop.hr.
6. Changes
We may update this privacy policy if the website or the legal requirements change. The current version is always available on this page.
